Yesterday was a great day! I was out with my friends for dinner at some indo restaurant called "desa kartika":: I was actually very indecisive on where to eat and we suddenly came across this restaurant:: I wanted indo food cos it's something special and unique:: It's not very expensive compared to the one we visited earlier::Anyway, the restaurant is located at the level 5 ngee ann city:: The ambience is quite nice and the waiters are quite pleasant:: It's a perfect place to chit chat and i guess celebrate a birthday party?:: Though it's a sat night, the place is not very pack so we can slowly take our time to eat:: Haha!:: The ordering part was quite difficult cos I had to make sure everyone get to taste all the food and the cost will be just right for everyone:: So initially, I ordered only 3 dishes and coconut rice for everyone:: I know it might sound a bit meagre but it's only the starting and I really didn't know what to order cos the rest of them was like talking so secretively (dunno what they are up to) and monica, the planner, went missing:: Finally, we ordered I think 10 or 11 dishes and everyone had their fill:: But I think some of the guys didn't cos they bought some bread before going home from breadtalk and claim that they are buying for their family:: :: Anyway, after the sumptuous dinner, most of the people went missing and you know what? they came back with a cake:: The cake was served and lighted by a very pleasant waitress:: Hmm.. I did ask them how did they manage to bring the cake into the restaurant unknowingly:: They said I was too distracted with other things:: Haha!:: I knew they were up to something but didn't know they'll buy me a cake:: Though I don't really like eating cakes cos it's fattening, I ate a piece cos it was really nice of them to buy me a cake:: Haha!:: :: The cake cutting session was kinda long cos we were taking photos and singing the song:: It was kinda embarrassing though cos everyone was looking at us:: :: Hahaha!:: I think serene is damn funny:: Cos she asked me to cut from where I've cut just now, but I didn't manage to do a good job and she jokingly said," I think you seriously have parallax error!" HAHA!:: After that, the bill arrived:: Everyone started digging for their cash:: I asked serene how much do we have to pay and she replied,"zero dollar":: And she was like don't you get the hint::They are treating me isn't that what she meant:: Awww... they are so sweet man!:: :: I'm getting in love with them but I'm also damn pissed with them!:: Cos they bought the cake, the dinner and the presents and they don't allow me to pay a single thing!:: Isn't that too much!??:: :: And the worse thing is they don't even allow me to know how much the dinner cost!:: I've tried asking the waitress, waiters, manager and the cashier but all of them don't wanna disclose:: It's quite maddening but it's also quite sweet of them:: Haizz.. mixed feelings:: Haha!:: :: Anyway, the presents they gave me were a booklet of paper, some cards and a bar of soap:: It might sound weird but it's quite useful and practical:: I like practical presents instead of those ornaments kind cos I can use it instead of displaying somewhere in my messy room:: Heee..:: It was a great night with them to celebrate my birthday!:: Everything was FOC:: Haha!:: Hopefully, I can get each of them something before some of them leave sa for another school:: I'm gonna miss them man!:: ::

Anyway, that's yesterday's dinner and for today's dinner I've decided to treat my family sushi! I think it's a hassle to go out for dinner since my brothers are preparing for their final exams and hopefully, able to graduate as doctor and engineer by this july:: So I've decided to take away one of the party sets from sakae sushi and let them have their fill:: Anyway,my parents have already given me some money cos I would prefer to buy my own stuffs to treating me to some restaurants:: Haha!::

Oh ya,I've already registered for my driving's basic theory test and my test date is on the 13th march in the morning:: Hopefully, I'll pass it and I can start learning how to drive!:: I'm so excited about it:: Haha!::

I saw a green volkswagen beetle today while I was in the gym:: It's kinda weird cos the driver was a guy:: Haha.. I feel that guys should drive cooper instead:: Heee..:: :: After my gym session,I was waiting for my bus and I saw this person wearing a green hood,shades and bermudas:: I was wondering why is he (I supposed) dressed up like this cos the sun has already set and it's not winter or raining:: When I started walking towards him, he walked away and was standing at some grass patch, under a tree near the bus stop:: He stood there for quite some time and when I board my bus, he started walking back to the bus stop:: It's so scary:: I wonder if he's some delusional guy from the woodbridge:: It's a pity if he is cos he's so tall and looked like a model though I didn't get to see his face:: ::

Yesterday's GP tuition was damn fun!:: We discussed about gay marriage and homosexuality:: It's kinda fun but it's not nice when I've to complete a comprehension regarding the issue:: I've got tons of gp homework piling up cos I'm always not doing my gp homework:: :: Hopefully,I'll get the homework done this time:: After gp tuition,I'm supposed to write my blog but was held up by the dinner at my grandma's house and I was too tired to write after that:: As usual at my grandma's crib,she'll ask us to keep eating and eating until you're on the verge of "exploding":: It's kinda exaggerating but it's true!:: ::

Anyway,I went shopping with my mummy today at parkway:: The mall looks so pretty now:: I haven't been there since months?:: Got a bag from dorothy perkins and I'm so satisfied with it:: The salesgirl from xcessories was so friendly and my mom was chatting so happily with her that we got quite a number of stuffs from there:: Is this the reward for good service?:: Maybe..but they sell great stuffs like earrings, necklaces, etc too:: Didn't really see any nice shoes today:: Hmm.. maybe I'll try marina square some day and hope to get some luck from it:: Haha!:: :: I think me and my mom are quite fortunate today cos my dad fetched us to PP in the early noon and my bro picked us up from PP:: But they did that cos it was on their way and at their convenience:: Haha!:: It's the thought that counts anyway::

I can't wait to meet valerie!:: It has been months:: We are supposed to meet like 2nd week of jan but due to some unseen circumstances, we have to postpone it:: :: Anyway,she can't meet me on my bday itself cos she's having her exams!:: All the best to her exams!:: Hmm.. hopefully,she and ws are alright cos the other time she said she might not be celebrating vday with ws and I'm kinda shocked:: :: I did ask her what happened but she did not reply:: Hope everything is fine now!:: By the way,it's valentine's day tomorrow!:: Happy valentine's day to all my friends and couples!:: Have fun! and guys out there, please be a gentleman and give your gfs the most memorable and romantic dinner tomorrow! I've watched I not stupid 2 yesterday and I think it's pretty touching:: Most of the peeps in the cinema, including me, cried:: Haha..though I usually teared whenever I watch touching movies:: Heee...:: I'm an emotional person okay...:: Hahaha!:: :: The movie is quite nice lar:: It depicts the lives of real Singaporeans:: Should go and watch it!::

Anyway, I think my angel is so nice man!:: She (I assume is a she cos of her handwriting) gave me a tube of toberone chocolate (I've forgotten the spelling!):: Heee.. Chinese new year was great with all the junk food and abalone! Yummy!:: Haha!:: I'm getting so fat now:: Went to the gym on sat morning and it was so crowded:: Initially, I thought everyone will be at home helping to prepare dishes for the reunion dinner or those who will be eating out like me might want to do their nails, choose their outfit for the coming new year, etc:: However, the gym was packed especially with guys:: Maybe everyone is gonna prepare their stuffs in the afternoon like me:: Haha!:: I did my nails the night before and didn't manage to do a good job with the trimming of my cuticles:: I miss voxy so much!:: I'll make sure I get a reservation at voxy for the next festive season:: But I think I did a pretty good job with the colouring of nails and maintaining healthy nails:: Heee:: ::

I'm so lazy to blog now and upload my photos:: But I've been collaging, editing and uploading my photos to friendster:: You guys can check out my friendster photos:: However, sometimes I have difficulties uploading my photos cos friendster is so laggy and slow::

Anyway, I went to tong luk for reunion dinner:: I'm kinda sick of the food over there cos I've been going to that place for years:: My grandma loves that place so can't help it:: But my cousins and I prefer their buffet to their reunion dinner cos we can order stuffs like sashimi, sushi and all our fav food:: Heee:: After dinner, went home to rest while most of them went to my grandma's place to gamble:: I don't really like gambling cos the chances of winning aren't a lot but I did gamble a little on the 1st day of the lunar new year:: Hahaha!::  And I won okay:: Haha!!::

My family was the late for the annual photo-taking session at my grandma's crib:: Supposed to reach at 1030am; my youngest uncle and his family, who lives the farthest, arrived at 1045am, my 2nd eldest uncle and his family arrived at 1050am and my family, who stays only a street away, arrived at 1055am:: My aunts live with my grandma and, of course, they'll be punctual lar:: Haha!:: After the photo-taking sessions, we had lunch and guess what? I had abalones again!:: But this abalone is very different from the normal type:: It's damn expensive lar, not sure whether it's from california or mexico:: The thing is it costs $100+ per can and my grandma opened 6 cans cos she only cut 4 pieces from a can:: So you can imagine the size of the abalone I ate:: However, it's only limited to one to a person:: :: My brother, an abalone-freak, took my mom's share cos my mom don't feel like eating:: So bad right? He should give his youngest sister, who is me!:: haha!:: The taste of it is very different from the new moon abalone or the normal kind:: When you bite it, it's so tender, smooth and juicy:: Those cans are given by my aunt's company but the way my grandma cut it is so damn generous lar:: Haha!:: And we are off for the visitings after that:: I only went to 2 places; my great grandma and one of my grandma's siblings:: I gambled at my great grandma's place:: When they started the table, me and my cousin, louis, decided to play with $4 cos both of us are not very into gambling:: In the end, he lost his monies while I won (not a lot lar):: At night, all my relatives came to my house and have steamboat:: They love my mom's signature dish (not really a dish though:: heee::) --- the chilli sauce she makes:: Actually, it tastes almost like coca's chilli cos in the past, we always have meals at coca and our family just love their chilli sauce so my mom have been figuring out how to make:: And now, her chilli sauce outshines coca's:: Haha!:: So after dinner, I gambled again:: My pile of monies was decreasing tremendously until I have to resort to borrowing money from my brother and he disgustingly reject lending me money:: So my kind cousin and aunt gave me some monies to play:: In the end, I won quite a lot however, after returning all the money they gave me, I got back the same amount as I won in the afternoon:: Haha!:: Louis also played and he has been losing in the beginning that everyone calls him "salted fish" in hokkien:: Haha!::

2nd day of the lunar new year was quite relaxed cos all of my maternal side came to my house for steamboat again:: Haha!:: But I'm not sick of it cos I love the chilli sauce too!:: Hee!:: I met up with my maternal side cousins and they are pretty shy cos we only meet up once in a year which is cny unlike my paternal side which meet up whenever we have occasions!:: We played some lame games and joke with each other and can get along pretty well though:: I hope my bro and I have entertained them:: After they left, I'm busy editing my own photos:: I'm so engrossed with photo editing and collaging nowadays:: I think it's pretty cool and I'm in love with it:: Too bad my friendster's photos have reached the maximum so now I'm trying to collage most of the photos so that I can upload new ones:: Haha!:: I'm still in the process of collaging the photos::

Actually supposed to go for morning jog with my cousin on monday morning but I overslept and he went running on his own:: I felt so bad about it:: Heee:: Anyway, I went to the gym on tuesday and the crowd wasn't as bad as saturday's:: My brother told me that I should decrease the resistance level so that I won't build muscles instead and I've also stopped carrying weights cos they're making my arms look bigger:: :: Heee:: Okay, I've to go for my grandma's dinner @ tong luk again! not buffet, arggghh, it's the same reunion dishes with some modifications cos my cousins and I complained on one of the dishes:: Haha!:: Will come back and update my blog if I have missed anything out:: Bye!
